The bottom floor features a king bedroom with an ensuite. Moving to the next level of the home, come across a cozy den with a sleeper sofa, ensuite, and closet – the perfect bonus room. On the main entrance level, there is a guest bedroom with an ensuite. One level up is the main king bedroom with a walk-in closet, massive ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, walk-in steam shower with soaking tub. Also, french doors lead out to the patio and hot tub with fantastic mountain views, perfectly nestled under the top-level balcony for privacy.
The main living area hosts an oversized lounging couch fit for royalty, large flatscreen TV to catch the game or watch movies together, a beautiful gas fireplace, and vast window views. Find seating for four at a round table, perfect for after-dinner games. The gourmet kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances with a Wolf range, a sizeable custom-made refrigerator, soft close drawers and cabinets, a touch faucet, and everything else a five-star chef desires. The open layout allows for room for many between the large dining table and breakfast bar. Head out to the large patio for grilling, or down the stairs to soak in the hot tub.

- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
