Nestled on two private acres just north of Buena Vista, Collegiate Peaks Retreat is a warm and inviting mountain home surrounded by stunning views in every direction. Guests enter through the lower-level mud room, designed with mountain living in mind. It is the perfect place to store skis, hiking boots, bikes, or other outdoor equipment after a day of adventure. This level also features a cozy TV room with a comfortable sofa, a dedicated office desk for remote work, laundry facilities, a bathroom with shower, and a sunny reading bench tucked into the window for quiet mornings or afternoon relaxation.
The main living spaces are located on the second level, where an open and airy floor plan creates a welcoming gathering space. Here you will find two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen with center island and seating, and a dining area ideal for family meals or entertaining. While The Retreat is not a dog-friendly property, guests may appreciate knowing that the owners’ cherished dog, Mustard, does occasionally visit this beloved cabin retreat. Please note that we do have a security camera that is located on the front of the home. We have a permit with the county as well as the HOA which prohibits the number of guests allowed on the property at one time . No parties or events will be allowed.
