The flatscreen TV in the entertainment center with a DVD player and cable will be perfect for movie nights. If things get cold, the stone gas fireplace and radiant floor heating will keep everyone warm. The living area also comes equipped with a ceiling fan, a sofa, two armchairs (one with a footstool), and an ottoman stool. Off the living room is the covered patio with a gas grill and four metal chairs surrounding the firepit. On this same level, you'll find a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs is where the bedrooms are located. One of the bedrooms offers a bunk bed with a TV, a drawer, a baseboard heat unit, a ceiling fan, and a spacious closet.
