Follow the luminous wood floors through to the open kitchen and dining room area with seating for six. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need and plenty of counter space to boot. The neighborhood has tons of dining options, but there is also a Sprouts Farmers Market within walking distance if you prefer to whip up your own meals.
One of the main draws of this home are the copious sleeping arrangements. There are three bedrooms with a total of four queen sized beds. Each bedroom is decorated with its own unique, soothing look and feel. With all the bedrooms, you’ll be happy to have two full bathrooms to share! A washer and dryer are located downstairs, so feel free to pack light for easy travel.

Getting Around:
Most residents and visitors find plenty of diversions along Colfax and the surrounding areas, so walking is definitely an option around here! If you brought a car, we have lots of parking and there are a ton of great neighborhoods within driving distance, including RiNo, LoHi and Berkeley. Like most cities, Denver is an easy place to hail an Uber or Lyft. Parking at City Park, the Zoo and the Botanic Gardens should be easy to find. Downtown can be tricky, so consider hailing a ride share or grabbing one of the many rental scooters and bikes scattered around town. To visit our world-famous outdoor wonders, I-70 West takes you straight into the mountains, while I-25 is the main North-South artery. There is so much to explore in this amazing state!
