If propane is out we will do our best to arrange for refill when our schedule permits OR if guest refills it we will reimburse for cost so long as the tank is still full upon departure. Guest responsible for drained propane tank if left on irresponsibly.
Fire Pit: feel free to use wood left by prior guests or buy what you need. Make sure you follow all city and house rules regarding fire pits & douse with water when done.
PESTS - The house is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.
Parking: Driveway - Take all valuables out of car, we are not responsible for any damage to vehicles while parked.
