3 Bedroom House in Carbondale
Our rental house is a very simple, older, and cozy 3 Bedroom 2 Bath house with new and comfortable furnishings. The address is 665 Colorado Avenue. We would like to note that is comfortable for six guests. The dining area is small and will fit six with a "tight" squeeze. We have an extra table if necessary. Some guests have set up the tables in the living room for more space! There is no access to the backyard at this time, we are completing a fence and building a deck. There is not a completion date at this time THE HOUSE IS EQUIPPED WITH A WHOLE HOUSE WATER FILTER. WE WANT TO ENCOURAGE OUR GUESTS TO BRING WATER CONTAINERS TO ELIMINATE PLASTIC WASTE. We also have water bottles for your use. It is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood.
We have so many fun filled events in our town and there is easy access to Aspen and Glenwood Springs. Outdoor activities for everyone or if you prefer to read a book, we have a brand new beautiful library a few blocks away. How about a movie? Our movie theater is very unique and shows fantastic movies- The bike paths connect Glenwood springs, Carbondale and Aspen. For some great, local live music, Steve's Guitars is a 5 min walk. The Carbondale Recreation center is just down the alley. There is so much more... We know you will love Carbondale as much as we do!
