Enjoy a cozy studio all to yourself just minutes from University Ave, within walking distance to shopping and food like Denny's, Jamba Juice, and Starbucks. Less than 15 min to Gaslamp (Downtown San Diego) and the San Diego zoo, North Park, the 805, 15, and other great places nearby. This location is also 10-15 min from several hospitals for traveling nurses. Less than 30 min from our military bases for military families or people visiting.
Please be aware that this unit is located in a very busy area. This is not a residential area. It's all commercial surrounding it. That means it can be noisy here and there is a lot of foot traffic too. If you are sensitive to noise or not used to a commercial area, I don't recommend this.
This is a studio with private entrance and black-out shades and a gated driveway for security. It does have some soundproofing features as well, but it's not completely soundproof.
California King with plush top Serta mattress and feather-down pillows for your comfort. This bed is as seen in the photos and will stay in the studio as the primary bed.
Please keep in mind this unit is most appropriate for 2 people. Please message me before you arrive if you plan to have more than 2 people. I just don't have additional beds for this unit.
There is off-street shared parking that's free and gated. Please make sure NOT to block the driveway. Please park in ONE of the parking spaces to the right. If people are not able to park correctly they will need to park on the street. Also if you have a large vehicle please make sure I have space. This parking lot can be tight even for cars and suvs.
There is also a washer and dryer just outside the unit that is shared but is free to use during your stay.
The home currently has a small fridge, a plug in single stove top with some pots and pans, a microwave, a mini Krueger coffee maker, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, beer mugs, a toaster, and a drying rack for over the sink for dishes.
The bathroom includes a dryer and adjustable lights with cool, warm, and bright settings to help when you are getting ready for a night out or just for your day out. There are mini shampoos, conditioner, mouthwash, body wash, and body spray included, too.
