Located just across from Nottingham Lake and the Avon Rec Center and walking distance to all Avon dining and shopping. The Riverfront Express Gondola is less than a 1/2 mile walk.
Sleeps 8 guests allowed and 3 parking spaces available for this condo. Additionally, no smoking of any kind is permitted and pets are not allowed in this property. Guests will be subject to eviction and/or fines if evidence of non-compliance with these management rules is found.
Beaver Creek West provides a FREE, private skier shuttle to Beaver Creek's Riverfront Gondola continuously throughout the day and to Vail's Lionshead Gondola three times each morning & afternoon, five days a week (not Tuesday & Wednesday).
