A $75 fee per pet is required and must be paid prior to arrival. If approval is granted but the required fees and/or deposits are not paid before arrival, the pet will be considered unauthorized. Evidence of an unauthorized pet on the property (inside or outside) at any time during your stay will result in a $500 penalty per pet. Guests with unauthorized pets may be required to vacate immediately without refund. Any pet-related damage will incur additional charges, whether the pet was approved or not.

🌊Hot Tub: For guest safety and water quality, our licensed hot tub technician may perform brief exterior maintenance during your stay. Please follow all hot tub guidelines. A $150 drain-and-refill fee will be charged if the hot tub is left excessively dirty and cannot be restored through routine servicing after your departure.
🌱Lawn Care, Snow Removal, & Pest Control: To help keep the property well maintained, lawn care, pest control, snow removal, or other routine exterior maintenance may be performed during your stay. Service technicians may briefly access the exterior of the property as needed. We appreciate your understanding as these services help keep the property safe, clean, and enjoyable.
