You can sit on one of the two front balconies and enjoy the magnificent water views whilst you relax and wile away the upcoming summer days with a cool beverage.
The ground floor level offers a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, overlooking an open plan living and dining area with beautiful glossy white floor tiles. This room faces the ocean and the balcony beyond.
