Hay-on-Wye the literary town famed for its annual festival. Explore the Offa's Dyke pathway which runs along the border between England and Wales. For dining, there is a large table and chairs where you can enjoy a celebration supper. There is also a utility room with washing machine and a separate WC on the ground floor. So, when the day is done climb the stairs to the first floor where you will find three bedrooms. A king-size with en-suite shower and WC, there is a roof terrace with seating area where you can enjoy a morning coffee. A king-size with views onto the countryside and a twin room. The gardens are both private and enclosed, a great space for children to run around and play.
